This images was created at Parson's Beach in Kennebunkport, Maine. It was a perfect summer evening in Maine with a cool sea breeze and low tide, a perfect formula for amazing engagement photographs by the seaside. All engagement / couples photo sessions are always booked in the golden hour of light which is about an hour or so before sunset. It's always about light first and at this golden hour the light bathes everything in a gentle warm wash. The shallow depth of field with the focus on their hands together make for an interesting composition that is soft and warm.
