Abbey and Stas had the perfect coastal wedding that only a state like Maine could deliver. Relaxed, beautiful and fun was the theme for the day and it all started in downtown Portland at Envy salon where Abbey and her fine ladies were getting ready with hair and make up. They filled the place that Saturday morning for some beautification and then headed off to their beach house at Higgins Beach in Scarborough to meet up with the guys. Abbey’s dress was simply gorgeous and Stas had it going on with his “slightly imperfect” bow tie. The wedding took place at Two Lights State Park in Cape Elizabeth which has some of the most breath taking view of the Maine rocky coast you will ever see. With a ceremony over looking the Atlantic and a sea mist rolling in Abbey and Stas were married. Then on to a reception at the Higgins Beach Inn with a tented Maine lobster bake dinner in the back garden. You can’t have a coastal wedding without Maine lobster on the menu! Then vodka shots, dancing, and well.. possibly more vodka shots. This was one of my favorite weddings of the season! I sent it to Wedding Wire and they loved it too!
